1. Overview
Virtual Air is a conceptual donation platform where users can voluntarily contribute funds in exchange for absolutely nothing—no physical or digital products or services are provided in return. It’s a satire, a joke, and a piece of internet performance art.
2. Data Collection
We do not collect personal data from users. No names, email addresses, payment info, or IP addresses are stored by us. Donations are processed securely via PayPal, which operates independently of our platform. The only data we store is a public nickname (if you choose to submit one) and the amount donated, for the purpose of displaying a leaderboard.
3. Refund Policy
All donations are final. As nothing is received in exchange for the donation, there is nothing to refund. You are donating solely for fun, entertainment, or absurd conceptual enjoyment.
4. Liability
By donating, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that no service or good will be delivered. We are not liable for any confusion, disappointment, or existential crises triggered by your transaction.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated or modified at any time. But let’s be honest—you’re donating for the concept of virtual air. Relax and breathe while real air is still free.
